Cry Havoc…

… and let slip the dogs of war.

I can’t help but feel a stir of emotion when I consider this overused Shakespearian quote.  Truthfully I haven’t read Caesar in many years and to be honest this phrase has always been one ranked up there with others that are quoted out of context far too often… but it sounds cool doesn’t it?

It’s a very interesting time in my life, I am at war.  A war with no gunpowder, no combat, yet I’m sure will have casualties before all is said and done.  The enemy is a formidable one that I lack the proper artillery to defeat.  This is the part that causes my soul to ache.

This war begins now, and the battles have been discouraging.  It’s far from over.  It may take years, but we will triumph.
